Refund Policy

  • Requests for cancellation and refunds must be sent via email to conference@fueasia.org, the conference secretariat.
  • In the event of cancellation made up until January 8, 2022, 75% of the registration cost will be refunded.
  • For cancellations made up until January 10, 2022, a 50% refund of the registration cost will be given.
  • For cancellations made up until January 11, 2023, a 25% refund of the registration cost will be given.
  • Refunds won’t be given for claims submitted after January 15, 2023.
  • There is no transferable registration.
  • There will be no refunds after the conference.
