Refund Policy
Requests for cancellation and refunds must be sent via email to conference@fueasia.org, the conference secretariat.
In the event of cancellation made up until January 8, 2022, 75% of the registration cost will be refunded.
For cancellations made up until January 10, 2022, a 50% refund of the registration cost will be given.
For cancellations made up until January 11, 2023, a 25% refund of the registration cost will be given.
Refunds won’t be given for claims submitted after January 15, 2023.
There is no transferable registration.
There will be no refunds after the conference.
