Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before completing the application form.

1. Eligibility:

  •  Participation in the FUE ASIA Resident Outreach Program is open to residents and faculty members of teaching institutions specializing in Dermatology and Plastic Surgery.
  • Only individuals officially enrolled or employed within the Department of Dermatology and Plastic Surgery are eligible to apply for membership.

2. Application Process:

  •  All applications must be completed accurately and submitted via email to [scientific@fueasia.org](mailto:scientific@fueasia.org).
  • Applications must be verified and signed by the Head of the Department of Dermatology and Plastic Surgery to ensure authenticity.
  • Any falsification of information or misrepresentation of eligibility will result in immediate disqualification from the program .

3. Membership Duration:

  •  The complimentary one-year membership provided under the Resident Outreach Program is valid for one calendar year from the date of approval.
  • Renewal of membership is subject to eligibility criteria and approval by FUE ASIA.

4. Program Benefits:

  •  Membership benefits, including access to resources, educational webinars, and discounts on events, are non-transferable and intended solely for the registered member’s use.
  • Any attempt to misuse or exploit membership benefits for personal gain or profit is strictly prohibited.

5. Code of Conduct:

  • All participants in the FUE ASIA Resident Outreach Program are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of membership and potential legal action.

6. Fraud Prevention:

  •  FUE ASIA reserves the right to verify the authenticity of information provided in the application process.
  •  Any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to submission of false documents or misrepresentation of credentials, will result in disqualification from the program and possible legal consequences.

7. Modification of Program:

  •  FUE ASIA reserves the right to modify or cancel the Resident Outreach Program at any time without prior notice.
  • Changes to program benefits, eligibility criteria, or terms and conditions will be communicated to members via email or through the official FUE ASIA website.

8. Grievance Redressal:

  •  Any concerns or complaints regarding the FUE ASIA Resident Outreach Program should be addressed to the program coordinator, Dr. Ajara Sayyad via email at scientific@fueasia.org .
  • FUE ASIA is committed to addressing grievances promptly and fairly to ensure a positive experience for all participants.

9. Travel and Accommodation Expenses:

  • FUE ASIA does not bear any responsibility for covering travel expenses or providing accommodation for participants attending discounted events associated with the Resident Outreach Program.
  • Participants are solely responsible for arranging and covering their own travel and accommodation arrangements.

10. Non-Encashment of Registration Fees:

  • The discounted registration fees provided to members of the Resident Outreach Program cannot be encashed or redeemed for cash value.
  • Registration fees are solely intended for use towards attending the specified events or activities organized by FUE ASIA.
