By submitting an application for FUE Asia’s Operation Hope program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility:
- You are applying for yourself and not on behalf of another individual.
- You are 18 years of age or older.
- You suffer from secondary cicatricial alopecia due to a documented incident of trauma, burns, acid attack, or another unfortunate event.
- You are financially unable to afford hair restoration surgery or skin treatments at standard market rates.
- You meet all the eligibility criteria outlined in the application form.
Services and Support:
- Operation Hope may offer, based on a thorough medical evaluation, a range of services including laser skin resurfacing, scar revision, and hair transplantation at a significantly reduced, charitable rate.
- The final cost for each patient will be determined by their individual circumstances and needs, ensuring affordability and accessibility.
- No additional monetary compensation will be provided in any form, either as a substitute for or in addition to the offered services.
- Operation Hope does not cover any travel or accommodation expenses incurred by the patient.
- We encourage patients to seek advice from their local community or support groups regarding travel and lodging assistance.
Scope of Coverage:
- Operation Hope only covers scarring alopecia directly resulting from the documented unfortunate incident.
- Pre-existing hair loss conditions, alopecia caused by other factors, or cosmetic concerns beyond the scarring are not covered.
- Any subsequent treatments or procedures not deemed medically necessary by the Operation Hope medical team are not covered.
Non-Transferability:
- The services offered under Operation Hope are not transferable to any other person or entity.
Referrals:
- FUE Asia does not offer any referral payments or incentives to doctors for referring patients to Operation Hope.
Disclaimer:
- FUE Asia reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time.
- The final decision regarding patient selection and treatment options lies with the Operation Hope medical team.
- Participation in Operation Hope is entirely voluntary and does not guarantee any specific treatment outcome.
By submitting your application, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions. You agree to abide by them and hold FUE Asia, its partners, and sponsors harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from your participation in Operation Hope.
