Refund Policy

Requests for cancellations and refunds must be sent via email to the conference secretariat at conference@fueasia.org.

In the event of cancellation made within 45 days, 75% of the registration cost will be refunded.

For cancellations made within 30 days, 50% refund of the registration cost will be given.

For cancellations made with in 15 days, 25% refund of the registration cost will be given.

Refunds won’t be given for claims submitted after 1 week.

There is no transferable registration.

There will be no refunds after the conference.

Note: Refunds for the amount will be processed and credit to the customer’s bank account with in 9-10 working days.
